CGI's Telecommunications Business unit is looking for an experienced Production Support Lead - .NET
Reporting to a Director Consulting, the candidate will be responsible for leading both onshore & offshore teams, providing portal/web based application support services to our client.
Over 8 years of experience in .NET (development/ support)
Technical Expertise in:
o .NET Widgets
o MVC 3.5 and above
o Core .Net Internals
o Good Analytical, logical and problem solving skills.
o Good Knowledge of Dynatrace ,App Dynamics and .net Debugging tools
o Good knowledge in analyzing thread dumps.
o .Net (Working knowledge)
o Web services (Working knowledge)
o IIS 7.0 (Working knowledge)
o WCF (working knowledge)
• Excellent analytical and problem identification skills
• Strong oral/written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Good understanding of multi-tier architecture, and web server technology would be an advantage (IIS7.0)
• Readiness to work on high visibility area, ability to initiate professional self-development
o Need to carry pager and be available 7/24
o Ability to work on high stress environment with production incidents and projects running in parallel
o Need to lead technical bridges
o Ability to grasp new processes and assist in implementing the same to current projects.
o Debugging and troubleshooting code related issues/defects
o Representing Proficient professionally in both client and team situations
